1. The AC voltage specification used by the Din Rail power supply is 110VAC 220VAC 380VAC. Before powering on the power supply, check whether the connected voltage matches the power supply input voltage.
2. Do not connect the load before powering on for the first time, first check whether the output voltage of the power supply is consistent with the power supply of the connected equipment, so as not to damage the connected equipment.
3 The ground wire must be connected before the power supply is used. The ground wire of this type of power supply is at the position marked in the figure.
4. The power supply should be placed in a well-ventilated center.
5 The output current of the rail power supply is definitely determined; it is affirmed according to the rated standard current of the equipment supplied by the rail power supply or the uniform current value measured by a multimeter. When the ambient temperature is high, the air activity is not good, and the load is rational, an additional current margin of 20-30% should be prepared.
6 The input power of the rail power supply is determined: the rated input power of the rail power supply depends on the rated power of the supplied equipment. Under the condition of not knowing the rated power of the equipment supplied, it can be obtained based on the product value of the rated current and voltage of the equipment supplied (current X voltage = power). When the user selects the power supply, it should be greater than 15-30% of the practical power and peak power.
7 The number of DC output of the rail power supply is determined: the rail power supply normally has up to four outputs. (S-single group, D-double group, T-three group, Q-four group) According to the equipment provided.
8 The rail power supply has maintenance functions such as over/under voltage, over current, overheating maintenance and fan heat dissipation. Please stop the selection based on the actual application status to strengthen the stability and reliability of the system engineering.
9 The types of rail power supplies are: industrial iron shell type, rail type, LED outdoor rainproof and waterproof type, etc. Please choose according to practical application.
